Loppi 2023 - Autumn version
It was Autumn, and time for Loppi cottage again!
This time the plan was to play one tournament of Swedish 93-94, and another of the “Brithday format” piloted at Antti’s birthday. We also got down multiple runs of alpha-Weatherlight cube, special thanks to Iksa from bringing that! The winning deck from one run of the cube was a bit brutal though:

Swedish 93-94 on Saturday gathered 11 players, with Tom’s Atogs winning the day, after a four player finals from this swiss result shown below. Special shout to Mikko’s Lich that went 2-2, and also to Erkka’s Cuombajj Witches in top4!

“Birthday format”
This format was piloted in Antti’s birthday, and now it was time for a rerun with slightly adjusted B&R list:
Legal sets: Fallen Empires - 4th - Ice Age - Chonicles - Homelands - Alliances - Mirage - Visions - 5th - Weatherlight.
Banned cards: All ante cards, Balance, Channel, Mind Twist, Phyrexian Dreadnought
Restricted cards: Enlightened Tutor, Island Sanctuary, Ivory Tower, Mystical Tutor, Strip Mine, Vampiric Tutor, Zuran Orb.
This time black was really the color of choice (one Mind twist even sneaked into play :-D ) Results after a round-robin were:
